Taylor + Sam's Woodhaven B&B Wedding

Taylor and Sam exchanged their vows and rings, and promised each other forever, on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the Woodhaven B&B in Bedford County, Pennsylvania.

The Bacons, both Pennsylvania natives, didn’t meet until they were each a long ways from home studying agriculture at Iowa State University. Their relationship grew over their mutual love for livestock. During Taylor and Sam’s ceremony, the preacher compared the hard work that goes into a lasting marriage to that of raising a successful livestock project. Essentially, the first step is selecting good stock. These two definitely picked the best when they chose each other!

After the ceremony, Sam (a perfect gentleman) fed Taylor all of their pork inspired hors d'oeuvres, careful not to drip anything on her dress. Then we proceeded to capture the most giggle and laughter-filled bride and groom portraits ever.

The newlyweds celebrated with their friends and family inside the beautiful red barn at Woodhaven. With the last name Bacon, you can only imagine how amazing their food was! I’m still thinking about the pulled pork and lamb prepared by Espey’s Meat Market.

Taylor + Sam danced into the night, shared a final dance alone inside the barn, and then exited with a sparkler sendoff!
