Hutchinson Wedding
Kelby and Kaitlin's love story began at a horse show called The Little Futurity in Raleigh, NC. Kelby had recently moved from Australia to work at a horse training operation in South Carolina. It is said that when Kelby first saw Kaitlin he remarked, "If this girl can ride a horse, I'm gonna marry her."
Kaitlin must’ve left quite an impression on Kelby. A few months later at another horse show in Oklahoma, they went on their first date at the local Whataburger. Not sure if the spicy ketchup helped to seal the deal, but the rest is history. Kelby proposed in New York City, after visiting Kaitlin's family in her home state of Delaware.
On Friday, July 19, 2019, Kelby and Kaitlin exchanged their vows in front of their closest family and friends — who came from across the country and across the pond to celebrate them — at The Hayloft, a beautiful wedding venue located in Rockwood, Pennsylvania. Their wedding happened to be on the hottest day of the year in western Pennsylvania, but that didn’t stop them or their guests from celebrating BIG! After their outdoor ceremony under cloud-speckled blue skies, Polly — the beer donkey — served their guests some brews and got the party started. After dinner provided by The Chuck Wagon Restaurant, everyone flooded to the dance floor. While their family and friend’s danced the night away, we snuck away for an amazing sunset overlooking the farm. The result: Some of my favorite wedding photos — ever.
What an honor to be able to preserve this beautiful day for them and their families, and to create a collection of photographs that they'll cherish for years to come!
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Hutchinson!
